We are seeking an experienced Mobility Solutions Trainer to join our Operational Performance Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for training and implementing Transdev's operational applications systems at various locations across the United States.

About the Role
You will serve as an integral member of the Operational Performance Team, working closely with Applications Implementation Leads to ensure that the systems are functioning within standard operating parameters and requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include providing onsite training and support to implement Transdev's operational systems, including VDS, Mobi-Services, Time Keeping Portal, Command Console, and other operational systems. You will also work with project managers to identify areas for opportunity and improvement and provide training and support to drive continuous incremental improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have direct experience in providing software systems training at a local level. Knowledge of change management disciplines is preferred. You should possess analytical problem-solving skills, the ability to solve problems in a practical and pragmatic manner, and proficiency in Windows operating system and MS Office programs. Additionally, you should be able to manage direct staff, coordinate and assign schedules, oversee and critique work, and provide direct supervision. The salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
