Laboratory Manager or Clinical Laboratory Manager sought for a state-of-the-art laboratory located outside of Detroit. The ideal candidate will oversee the core laboratory and microbiology departments, bringing hands-on experience and a seasoned approach to leadership.
This is a unique opportunity for a laboratory leader to build a laboratory and a team from scratch, requiring a BS degree in Medical Technology or a related field, as well as a MS or MBA. National certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is mandatory.
Applicants should possess previous leadership experience in a high-volume CLIA/CAP/OSHA accredited laboratory and have experience managing supervisors and teams. The organization offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and generous retirement benefits.
