Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with production, research and development, and other departments to continuously improve our quality systems and processes.
Develop and Maintain Training ProgramsDesign and implement effective training programs for all employees to ensure their understanding of quality procedures and requirements.
Manage Customer Complaints and Non-ConformancesResolve customer complaints and non-conformances in a timely and professional manner, working with other departments to implement corrective actions.
Stay Current with Industry Trends and RegulationsStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a Related Field
- 5+ Years of Experience in Quality Management
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 Standards
- Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Analyze Complex Data and Make Data-Driven Decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Testing Software
