Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures

Design and implement comprehensive quality control procedures to guarantee the consistency and reliability of our products.

Conduct Regular Audits and Compliance Checks

Conduct thorough audits of our production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Oversee Laboratory Testing and Quality Assurance

Supervise the laboratory testing of raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with established standards.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with production, research and development, and other departments to continuously improve our quality systems and processes.

Develop and Maintain Training Programs

Design and implement effective training programs for all employees to ensure their understanding of quality procedures and requirements.

Manage Customer Complaints and Non-Conformances

Resolve customer complaints and non-conformances in a timely and professional manner, working with other departments to implement corrective actions.

Stay Current with Industry Trends and Regulations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a Related Field
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Quality Management
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 Standards
  • Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Analyze Complex Data and Make Data-Driven Decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Testing Software
