Role Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist in an outpatient environment, you will:
- Provide direct and indirect services to specific age groups in rehabilitation settings
- Implement process improvements to achieve departmental goals
- Practice autonomously and collaboratively to deliver best practices for patients

Key Contributions:
- Assess Occupational Therapy diagnoses and develop care plans
- Promote evidence-based care standards and engage in lifelong learning through research and peer collaboration
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations according to established standards
- Create, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Discharge patients upon achieving maximum benefit
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold quality standards
- Engage in marketing efforts to build referral relationships
- Support community awareness through participation in events and educational outreach

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with five or more years of experience, or
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with one or more years of experience
- Valid State of Florida license as an Occupational Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or clinical rotations in a Pediatric outpatient setting
