Key Responsibilities- Environmental Management: Develop and implement effective environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards and regulatory requirements.
- Health and Safety: Manage our occupational health and safety program, conducting regular inspections, investigations, and training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Compliance: Represent FactoryFix in interactions with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations.
- Training and Development: Develop and conduct training programs for employees on environmental, health, and safety best practices, ensuring a culture of sustainability within our organization.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of environmental, health, and safety activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in occupational health, safety, environmental, engineering, chemical sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Certifications: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification, HazMat DOT, RCRA, OSHA 40 HR Certification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety management, with a strong background in sustainability and compliance.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

- 401(k) Plan: Eligible to enroll in our company's 401(k) plan.
- PTO and Sick Leave: 2 weeks of paid sick leave per year and a discretionary PTO program.
