Key Responsibilities
  • Environmental Management: Develop and implement effective environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Manage our occupational health and safety program, conducting regular inspections, investigations, and training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Compliance: Represent FactoryFix in interactions with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Develop and conduct training programs for employees on environmental, health, and safety best practices, ensuring a culture of sustainability within our organization.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of environmental, health, and safety activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in occupational health, safety, environmental, engineering, chemical sciences, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Certifications: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification, HazMat DOT, RCRA, OSHA 40 HR Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety management, with a strong background in sustainability and compliance.
