Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to lead key activities, career growth, and impactful work. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of a GSK biologic product.
  • Understanding the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and identifying resources to refer customers to appropriate resources for reimbursement and distribution choices, always working within GSK guidelines and values.
  • Maintaining knowledge and data constantly changing with respect to severe asthma therapeutic expertise.
  • Providing product educational programs/in-services to customers.
  • Working within Compliance guidelines and GSK values always.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to generate sales.
  • Developing and implementing strategies specific to each customer within an account (i.e., Allergists, Pulmonologists, nurses, PAs, business/office managers).
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Marketing, Payer Relations Managers (Market Access), Medical (MSLs), and other functions within GSK.
  • Effectively managing allocated resources (i.e., financial).
  • Providing outstanding customer service by responding to our customers' requests, inquiries and needs.
