Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities and treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience

Requirements and Qualifications

  • PharmD or equivalent degree
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in California
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric pharmacy practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
