Atlantic Health System is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care team at Chilton Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in our 12-bed ICU, providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat complex medical, surgical, cardiovascular, and neurologic cases
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Master's degree in Nursing required
- NP License in NJ required
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Procedural experience, including central lines and arterial lines preferred
