Senior Planner

At Syntagma Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team. As a Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate work orders to meet customer demands and production schedules.
- Monitor and adjust customer forecasts to ensure accurate planning and material allocation.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure adherence to production schedules and customer commitments.
- Review and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Develop and maintain Master Schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration).
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Lean Manufacturing/KanBan implementation experience.
- Master Scheduling experience.
