About the Role:

As a Server at Flancer's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and establish a professional relationship with each guest.
  • Inform patrons of daily specials and provide enthusiastic advice about ordering.
  • Record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
  • Take care of all customer needs, ensuring that they never want for anything.
  • Suggest additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, and beverages, when appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery of all food and drinks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including the dining room and restrooms.
  • Maintain a clean and organized appearance at all times.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale software and ability to enter to-go and delivery orders.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Enthusiasm for good food and ability to express this to customers.
  • Able to memorize daily specials and their descriptions.
  • Observant and attentive to all customer needs.
  • Impeccable manners and a positive attitude.
