Career Opportunity: Registered Nurse Advocate

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a part-time RN Advocate. As a RN Advocate, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, visiting and assessing them in their homes, conducting medical analysis, and helping manage their medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and their families
  • Visit and assess clients in their homes to understand their medical needs and safety concerns
  • Conduct medical analysis and provide recommendations for care
  • Help manage medications and oversee home health and home care providers
  • Attend doctor visits to advocate for clients' needs
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing and active Kentucky license to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • 10 years' experience in nursing, with prior ICU, Geriatrics, Hospice, or Home Health experience preferred
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and leadership competencies, including excellent communication, customer service, and results orientation
  • Solid MS Office skills and experience with EMR systems
