We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Career Connections Recruiting. Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in behavioral health services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, program development, and leadership. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
  • Design evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs.
  • Supervise and nurture Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Fellows, and new BCBAs to deliver the highest standards of care and optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse, interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent interventions across settings.
Requirements
  • Educational prerequisites include a master's degree or higher in a relevant field and a current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
