Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Leader to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our properties and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assign work to maintenance personnel through our work order dispatching system.
  • Oversee maintenance operations for all properties and personnel, ensuring that routine maintenance work is completed as scheduled.
  • Ensure that maintenance staff have adequate training, equipment, tools, and inventory to perform their assigned tasks.
  • Assist in hiring additional maintenance staff personnel as required.
  • Review completed requests to ensure they have been completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in commercial building/facilities maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance principles, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical, HVAC, security systems, and locksmithing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug and background check.
