Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of quality care services to our clients.

BrightSpring Health Services has been providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities for over four decades. Our comprehensive range of high-quality services includes Community Living, Adult Host Homes, Behavioral/Mental Health Support, In-home Pharmacy Solutions, Telecare and Remote Support, Supported Employment and Training Programs, and Day programs.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • Create a positive work environment and deploy direct support staff effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Identify and address health, safety, and environmental concerns, and report any safety or maintenance issues as needed.
  • Ensure that clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented.
  • Oversee dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping.
  • Ensure that protocols for communicating medical concerns are followed.
  • Verify that medication administration records are up-to-date and medical appointments are scheduled and attended.
  • Monitor budgets and finances for the individuals we serve.
  • Collect and report management information to evaluate and improve operations continuously.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required (exceptions must comply with state laws and regulations).
  • Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders is preferred.
  • The minimum age requirement is 18 years.
Estimated Salary Range

$16.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
