Job Opportunity:

The Berkshire Farm Center & Services for Youth is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinician/Social Work to provide clinical services to youth and families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to support the comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services
• Provide skill building (case management) services to meet Core requirements
• Implement clinical treatment plans through individual and/or family counseling sessions and therapeutic groups
• Provide CFTSS services according to treatment needs
• Assist children/youth in developing skills as defined on treatment goals

Requirements:

• Minimum Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• License Required (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• 1-5 years of experience, depending on program
• Current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history

Compensation:

• Limited Permit: Annual $67,500
• Licensed under 2 years experience: Annual $70,000
• +2 years experience: Annual $72,500
• +5 years experience: Annual $76,000
