At KLJ, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor IV to join our team. As a key member of our surveying department, you will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Lead projects and ensure technical excellence in surveying and mapping services.
• Provide direction, review, and support to the survey group, ensuring proper practices and techniques are followed.
• Plan, organize, and manage project elements, including multiple clients and field survey crews.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and the public through oral and written communication.
• Ensure compliance with KLJ safety standards and utilize effective written and oral communication.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or equivalent survey field experience.
• PLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorized vehicles.

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The employee must be able to walk on uneven terrain up to ten miles per day and frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
