Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Human Resources Expert to join our team at JE Dunn Construction. As a key member of our human resources department, this individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing human resource initiatives and projects within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of HR expertise and project management skills, ensuring the successful implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and implement HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress.
  • Identify risks and proactively manage issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Create detailed project and implementation plans focused on engagement and buy-in, integrating cross-functional teams and aligning with overall strategic objectives to ensure successful execution across diverse environments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR project management, HR operations, or a related HR role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple HR projects, at varying levels of complexity, implementing HRIS systems, or leading organizational change.
  • Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR technology, such as HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and data analytics tools.
