Certified Welding Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Welding Inspector to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and testing of various construction materials, including structural steel, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Field Inspections: Conduct on-site inspections of construction materials, including structural steel, to identify any defects or non-compliance with industry standards.
• Testing and Sampling: Perform testing and sampling of construction materials to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data collected during inspections and testing to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with project managers, site contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of inspection results and any necessary actions.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in welding inspection and testing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ASNT NDT Level II certification and at least 2 additional advanced industry certifications.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 85 pounds and work at heights.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with electronic devices and software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction plans.
