Job Title: MRI Technologist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging and be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and results
Requirements:
  • ARRT-MR certification
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience working with Siemens Avanto, Espree, and Aera MRI machines
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
