Job Title: TAB Technician - Energy Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled TAB Technician to join our team at Addison Energy Technologies, LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough plan reviews for Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) activities
  • Conduct on-site TAB activities to ensure seamless project execution
  • Record and document all readings and anomalies encountered during the process
  • Identify and report deficient items that require immediate attention
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients, contractors, peers, and sub-contractors
  • Understand and support the project schedule, ensuring timely completion
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in TAB-related tasks
  • Knowledge of HVAC system design and construction
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend design drawings, submittals, and specifications
  • Certification as a TAB technician or willingness to obtain one
  • Willingness to travel to construction sites for 50-75% of working hours
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
