At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing medical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in renal care.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range
  • $50,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
