Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Applebee's. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role

This is a tipped role, offering a base pay plus tips, with an estimated total compensation of $8-$12 per hour, based on current information. Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring their overall dining experience is exceptional.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality service.
  • Assist in managing guest flow, ensuring seamless transitions between courses.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • 1+ year of restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
