The Food and Nutrition Department at ThreePDS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team in a permanent placement opportunity. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department to ensure quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department to ensure quality services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coordinate process improvement projects.
- Lead teams and establish deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
- Specialize in the planning, management, and execution of patient-centered projects.
- Assist the Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet the company's strategic plan and be consistent with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an Oklahoma State license.
- Must obtain a food handler's permit from the Cleveland County Health department before hire.
- Six months of clinical experience in an acute care facility.
- Knowledge for use of different formulas when assessing patient's nutritional needs.
