Job Summary

The University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors in the field of Communication. We are seeking qualified individuals to teach courses in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Intercultural Communication, Media Writing, Scriptwriting/Screenwriting, Film Criticism, Video Production, and Digital Media.

Responsibilities
  • Teach one or two 4-hour course(s) per semester.
  • Create syllabus and course assignments.
  • Provide meeting time outside of class hours for students.
  • Grade assignments.
  • Manage online/paperwork grading system.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree and at least 18 credit hours in your discipline.
  • College teaching experience preferred.
