- Adhere to specialty standards, organizational policies, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Participate in supervision of Licensed Nursing Assistants and unlicensed personnel to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of prior clinical nursing experience, with evidence of effective communication and teamwork skills.
The physical demands of this role include regular lifting, carrying, or pushing/pulling up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting, carrying, or pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting, carrying, or pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds. The employee must also be able to stand, sit, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
Shift and Specialty InformationThis role requires a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. The employee must be willing to float to other areas as needed. The specialty type is Nursing, with a focus on Telemetry Med/Surg and Med-Surg Adult.
