Job Description

As a key member of the Remington team, the Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Auditing: Perform daily audits of front office and outlet transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Transaction Review: Review and verify room and tax postings, correcting any errors and ensuring timely posting of house charges.
  • System Maintenance: Complete daily backups of the front office computer system and night audit program, as well as perform system rebuilds and maintenance as needed.
  • Policy Adherence: Understand and adhere to Remington's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
  • Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional customer service, handling check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, and PBX operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
