Maintenance Director

Ruiz Foods, a leading Hispanic-owned company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of its production, packaging, receiving, and shipping equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in food manufacturing and a proven track record of leading maintenance teams. Key responsibilities include directing supervisory staff, establishing and directing planner and scheduler activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic PM, work order, and maintenance program, as well as maintaining equipment and safety records. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, and experience with CMMS systems is a must. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
