FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the shipment of products, materials, and supplies. The selected individual will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing the shipment of all items, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handling packages weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Collaborating effectively with logistics personnel, customer service agents, and service providers.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and updating the status of outgoing shipments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Keeping an accurate log of daily inventory movements and counts.
  • Interacting positively with vendors and delivery personnel.
  • Providing support to shipping and receiving departments as needed.
  • Conducting quality control by inspecting products for defects during unboxing.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
  • Skills in pulling, packing, and loading shipments
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 months of experience in logistics, retail, or customer service

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $19 to $20.
