We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Samaritan Health Services. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinics across Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon, providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and practitioners.
Responsibilities- Assist practitioners in the performance of procedures, including telephone prescription orders and refills, maintaining patient records, and relaying test results.
- Provide safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor, within the scope of practice.
- Work collaboratively with the Float Pool/Resource Team to provide coverage and support to our clinics.
- Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with lab/EKG experience also preferred.
- A per diem differential and a float pool differential of $3/hour.
