Position Overview:
As a CNC Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of CNC machinery through effective troubleshooting and maintenance. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes and procedures.
2. Generate, analyze, and present regular and ad-hoc reports related to service operations.
3. Collaborate with Customer Service Engineers to provide training and support on the installation and upkeep of advanced product lines.
4. Foster strong communication and customer service relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
5. Handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism, seeking feedback to enhance service quality.
6. Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machine tools, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens controls is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within a multi-state region, utilizing various modes of transportation as necessary.

This role is essential for maintaining high standards of service and support for CNC machinery, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
