Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Home and Community Care. As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide whole-person care to patients in need, working alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements
  • 1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required for Home Health RN.
  • 2 years of pediatric experience in an acute care setting required for RN caring for pediatric patients.
