Position Summary
As a member of our team, you will be part of a group of experts who do more than just rebuild; they restore.
This position requires a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the company's initiatives to assist clients following disasters affecting their homes and businesses. The Lead Technician/Project Manager evaluates new projects, outlines, and communicates the intended plan of action to the team, supervises the project, and modifies actions to ensure progress while adhering to required standards. Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks in accordance with company protocols and standards, ensuring quality control, and supervising assigned technicians.
- Prepare sketches and scope sheets for estimates, complete drying records using mobile applications; provide comprehensive and precise scope and sketches, drying logs, photographic documentation, and customer contracts to estimator/coordinator team members.
- Engage with insurance adjusters in person, via phone, and virtually to address concerns and provide clarity regarding the loss when necessary.
- Manage work orders efficiently, ensuring that the appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded onto the vehicle for each job, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- May mentor new technicians or key operational and sales team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading, training, or managing personnel in previous roles.
- Exemplify our customer service standards with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, etc.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Incumbent must be prepared to:
- Lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects weighing up to 70 pounds frequently.
- Wear respirators and safety gear when job conditions necessitate.
