Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Technician will provide support in patient care and carry out therapeutic activities as directed by the therapist in a team environment. This role requires accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to activities as needed.
  • Provide patient care support to clinicians, reporting patient response to interventions and condition.
  • Prepare treatment areas and clean therapeutic equipment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or Kinesiology.

Desirable Skills: Experience in healthcare settings and basic computer skills.
