Job Overview

Integrated Technology Strategies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Java-based solutions for our warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Java-based applications with a focus on warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Java code, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and frameworks, including Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on warehouse management systems.
  • Proven expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and processes, including WCS and WES.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration, API management, and business process management (BPMN).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with other warehouse technologies, such as RFID, barcode scanning, and automation systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
