We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as a tenured or tenure-eligible professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the department's research, teaching, and service missions.
Research OpportunitiesThe Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering has a strong research focus in areas such as transportation, environmental, water resources, structural, and construction engineering. We are particularly interested in candidates who can complement our existing strengths in interdisciplinary research, including the Built Environment, Sustainable Systems, and Smart Cities.
Teaching ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in civil and environmental engineering, with a focus on developing and delivering high-quality educational programs that prepare students for careers in the field.
