Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
About the Role:
As a Land Survey Manager at Dawood Engineering, you will lead high-performing teams in conducting land surveys, boundary determinations, and construction staking projects. Your expertise in Trimble surveying equipment and data collectors will be essential in delivering accurate results.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and motivate a team of land surveyors in performing complex fieldwork, including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and utility surveys.Analyze boundary records and evidence to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.Manage and maintain survey equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risks during fieldwork.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Collaborate with other departments to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the surveying services.Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission to clients and stakeholders.Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in land survey management or a related field.Proven track record of leading teams and achieving project goals.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Pass background and screening tests.Benefits:
