Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including reviewing and processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate pharmacy systems, including cash registers and inventory management software.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Preferred six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Preferred prior work experience with Walgreens.
- Good math skills and ability to accurately fill prescriptions.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
- PTCB certification a plus.
