About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Automation and Technology Lead to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data visualization tools, patient profile reports, and innovative digital solutions that empower data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Design and build smart reports and automated analytics to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
  • Champion digital initiatives that leverage data to improve efficiency, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
  • Explore and evaluate new data management systems and technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and department leaders, to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology and data management trends while recommending strategic adoption and implementation within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data management and analytics.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data mining, and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to data management.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines.
  • Strong computer literate skills.
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI and/or machine learning a plus.
