Job Title: CPS Conservatorship Specialist

Job Summary:

The CPS Conservatorship Specialist is responsible for providing case management services to children and families involved in the child protective services system. This includes assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing case plans, and providing support and resources to help them achieve stability and permanency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to determine the needs of children and families
  • Develop and implement case plans to address the needs of children and families
  • Provide support and resources to help children and families achieve stability and permanency
  • Collaborate with other agencies and community resources to provide comprehensive services to children and families
  • Document all interactions and case activities in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in child protective services or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
