Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Banker - Customer Service Specialist in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a key member of our National Branch Network, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting customer engagement by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers
• Completing operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
• Performing routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products
• Receiving direction from managers and exercising judgment within defined policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
