Job Description:
We are seeking newly licensed registered nurses for our RN residency program. As a nurse resident, you will participate in a comprehensive orientation and be assigned to a preceptor who will support you through the program, showing you the ropes and guiding you through a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Holder of an active GN permit or six months to a year of experience as a licensed RN in the state of employment or compact
- BLS required
