Job Overview

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is in search of passionate and dedicated part-time group fitness coaches to lead a diverse range of exercise classes. This role offers a starting pay of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities of a Group Fitness Coach

Group fitness coaches are expected to have flexible availability to accommodate the needs of our members, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements for a Group Fitness Coach

Candidates must possess a valid, nationally recognized group fitness certification (proof required) as well as current certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
