Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst for Enterprise Resilience within the Corporate Security Organization plays a pivotal role in bolstering the organization's resilience to facilitate business growth. This involves ensuring that the current cloud strategy is robust and making informed recommendations as new technologies emerge to enhance resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership for enhancing policies governing Cloud Computing to strengthen resilience across Mastercard's cloud platforms.
  • Promote the adoption of automation to minimize human error.
  • Collaborate with application teams to identify, document, and address resiliency risks and develop remediation strategies.
  • Establish a Cloud Security Framework that aligns with pertinent certification standards, including the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Cloud Security Benchmarks and the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Controls Matrix.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regional regulations and guidelines.
  • Work alongside Resilience Planning (RP) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as needed, collaborating with relevant Risk functions to fulfill necessary attestations to regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with the technology recovery contact to ensure system impact analyses, recovery plans, and exercises are conducted as per policy.
  • Engage in Risk Reviews as appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect, or Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) / equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify gaps in recovery strategies, plans, and internal processes.
  • Awareness of current, emerging, and long-term issues related to cloud security, policy, and organizational practices.
  • Ability to navigate known and unforeseen crises, threats, and challenges.
  • Experience in conducting thorough risk assessments of information systems, applications, and processes to uncover potential vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Expertise in monitoring and analyzing emerging cloud threats and trends to proactively mitigate risks.
  • Understanding of best practices in cloud operations, risk management processes, architectural requirements, and vulnerability assessment.
  • Experience with Fusion Risk Management Business Continuity software is a plus.
