Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated RN to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will also educate patients and families on health management and maintenance, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current driver's license and a clear driving record for the past two years
  • Proof of automobile insurance as required by law
Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
