Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Amida Technology Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with a minimum of five years of experience in creating complex federal and state IT projects. You will work closely with developers, analysts, business development, service delivery, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to document project details and technical methodologies.

• Assist in writing and editing technical documents, including business proposals, reports, user manuals, briefings and presentations, functional descriptions, system specifications, guidelines, special reports, and other project deliverables to meet contractual requirements and internal documentation needs.
• Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by technical specialists, project management, and clients, ensuring that final documents meet applicable contract requirements and regulations.
• Research and gather technical and background information for inclusion in all project documentation and deliverables.
• Maintain and update the in-house style guide, ensuring adherence through regular review cycles.

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or technology.
• Minimum of five years of experience in technical writing for complex federal and state IT projects.
