Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of project sequencing.
  • Thorough comprehension of project documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Advising management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule conflicts, and delays.
  • Anticipating and resolving project issues and schedule difficulties.
  • Ensuring job site safety and cleanliness by implementing, enforcing, and effectively managing safety policies and procedures.
  • Supervising subcontractors to ensure adequate safety measures are met.
  • Developing and overseeing punch list programs.
  • Ensuring project materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
  • Maintaining daily job logs and ensuring required inspections are completed on time.
  • Monitoring sub-trade work to ensure plans and specs requirements are met.
  • Managing subcontractors to maintain project schedules.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and thoroughly understand plans and construction documents.
  • Experience with multifamily ground-up development.
  • Reliability, responsiveness, strong values, and ethics.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, responsibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, computer, and decision-making/problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, be self-managed, motivated, and work independently.

Compensation:

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000.
