Job Summary

ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Classification Management Officer 3 (CMO 3) to provide comprehensive classification management guidance and support to our customer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and secure classification of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classification Management Guidance: Provide expert guidance on classification management principles, including Executive Orders, National Security guidelines, and ICD 710, Classification and Control Markings System.
  • Analysis and Issue Resolution: Conduct detailed analysis and provide quick issue resolution to ensure accurate and timely classification of sensitive information.
  • Classification, Control Marking, and Dissemination Principles: Provide knowledge and expertise on classification, control marking, and dissemination principles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • CM Recommendations: Provide classification management recommendations to senior customer leadership to ensure effective and efficient classification management practices.
  • Action Item Management: Generate, track, coordinate, and respond to action items in a timely manner to ensure accurate and secure classification of sensitive information.
  • Classification Reviews: Conduct classification reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate classification of sensitive information.
  • Source Identification and Assessment: Identify and assess sources for classification determinations to ensure accurate and secure classification of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of experience or Associates and 12 or more years of experience or Masters and 5 or more years of experience.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Skills: Ability to handle complex security classification issues, perform classification reviews, and demonstrate knowledge of SCI arena.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time, communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
