Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team on a travel assignment in Austin, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to explore new challenges and experiences.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure continuous exam flow by maintaining adequate stock levels and updating supply lists as needed.
- Confirm patient identity with approved identifiers and demonstrate age-appropriate care.
- Verify patient pregnancy status and informed consent, assessing factors that may contraindicate procedures.
- Determine the type and dose of contrast agent based on patient's age, weight, and medical status.
- Anticipate and respond to patients' needs throughout the encounter.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- State License-Radiology Technologist-Texas.
- ARRT-MR (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and ARRT-R (Radiography) certifications.
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs.
The estimated weekly payment breakdown is ~$2406.00-$2606.00, with an estimated hourly rate of ~$29.00-$34.00. The non-taxable stipend amount is ~$1246.00, subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments.
