Job Overview

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a Medical Support Associate to join our team at our Tacoma Mall clinic.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clinic personnel with front-office and back-office support, including filing, scanning, and answering phones.
  • Clean the waiting area and restrooms after every 40-minute turn, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  • Perform basic front desk administration tasks under close supervision.
