Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of drivers and package handlers to ensure assigned duties and tasks are completed safely and in a timely fashion. The supervisor will be responsible for managing the processing of outbound parcels at the company's hub facilities, conducting pre-operation checks, and overseeing sorting and loading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of drivers and package handlers to ensure safe and timely completion of tasks
  • Manage the processing of outbound parcels at the company's hub facilities
  • Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order
  • Oversee sorting and loading operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of packages
  • Perform post-operation functions to ensure all tasks are completed and facilities are secure

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
